When I drank Fukuda before, I didn't like it, but I like this Fukkai. Delicious.
It has a nice, tight, slightly effervescent taste. It has a sweet and umami taste and a nice sharpness, so it goes well with meals. It was delicious with all dishes such as appetizers and motsu nabe (a hot pot of fish and vegetables).
I will buy it again if I see it again.

I have always wanted to try 3 grains of Oumine. I'm glad I found it.
