I thought it might be sour. Because it has sugar in it. It is not sour! For a sake based drink It doesn't feel like sake. No harshness of flavoring like lemon sours on the market. This liqueur has the good taste of lemon without the harshness. For those who want a delicious lemon sour I think you will be hooked if you mix this with carbonated water. It is delicious!

refreshing and mellow Amazake made into a refreshing sake It has a feeling of being a refreshing amazake, with little alcohol content. Sourness is followed by the sweetness of koji rice. Rice is melted with a light alcohol taste. This is delicious.

Clean, with a bit of acidity and almost no alcohol. Almost no sense of alcohol. There is a sense of rice, though not a sense of melted rice! This is delicious, and I personally feel it is as good as the raw sake. I bought this sake on a whim at a roadside station in Tajima, Fukushima, and it was a great decision. I felt the greatness of local sake!

I feel a smoothness added to the cleanness of the sake. Sake-like alcohol flavor is quickly dissipated. It fades away quickly and refreshingly. There is also a subtle sense of rice melting. Delicious! It is the most typical sake among the three.

new wine Fresh Spade Nice stylish name and label! It's pretty refreshing. There's a tartness to it that's refreshing, but it's also very tart. It's got an umami taste, and this is classy! It's so fresh! Is this sake? It's like... This is delicious! I think this is my favorite of the three.

Warmed to lukewarm. Smooth at first. But soon you can feel the alcohol taste. But it goes away quickly and smoothly. It's a feeling I've never experienced before. I guess it's good to drink it in cold weather. There is no sense of rice melting, which is my personal preference.

Refreshing and easy to drink. But the fluffy feeling comes later. I don't feel the rice has melted so much. It's like sake, for better or worse.
