I love you, Mr. Nabeshima. It's fizzy with a warning to open the bottle, but it's a great sake from Saga with a nice mild flavor and fruity mouthfeel🎵. I love it so much that I visited the brewery and would like to visit the new auberge someday.

Kamigawa Daisetsu Midorigaoka Kura's owner and toji (brewer) put the local community first🎵. Recently, they have been producing excellent sake, and have made this brewery into a national brand with a premium brew that costs 5,000 yen for a 4-pack bottle, but this Kamikawa series is filled with the desire to keep it local. It's only available at a limited number of local liquor stores and convenience stores, and the basic product is this Junmai and Junmai Ginjo, both of which are priced in the very reasonable 1,000 yen range, a price I'm too embarrassed to tell you about. The sweetness and deliciousness of the rice is evident in the gentle taste of this "women's sake". It is the opposite of "Otoko-shu" (Yamahai Junmai), which has a robust taste with acidity and density.
