Where to buy:Heizaburo Shoten ★★★☆☆☆☆ The flavor is less gorgeous than other chrysanthemums in the series. It has a certain amount of juiciness, but still has a nice sharpness to it. It is a sake that fits the description of a food sake like Hakurakusei, and I would like to match it with fatty sashimi and the like. Might also go well with meat.

Where to buy: Heizaburo Shoten ★★★★☆ THE sweet and juicy sake. Tastes similar to Daimine 3 Grain Dewa Sanzan as the most recent sake I drank. The peachy sweetness and aroma of this sake spreads the moment you drink it, and it's quite delicious!

As the temperature rises, the sweetness becomes even stronger. I would rather drink it as it is than with food. This one is just as good as the others.

★★★★☆ Place of purchase: Yajima Sake Shop I liked it better without the cage. The aroma is quite gorgeous and strong. When mixed with ori, the rice flavor comes to the fore and the gorgeousness becomes a little muddled. Even so, the gorgeousness lasts until the end, so you can drink it all the way through.
