Place of purchase: Yajima Sake Shop ★★★★☆ As the name suggests, the cage looks like snow. It has a sweetness similar to the other Koueikiku specs, but it has more of a melon-like ripeness. The ripe freshness with a hint of melon comes to the fore when it is mixed with ori (ori).

Where to buy: Mizuhashi ★★★★★ Quite tasty! It has a nice balance between the refreshing fruity taste and the sake-like alcohol content, which makes it easy to drink. It's a very spring-like sake and I want to buy it again next year!

Where to buy: Heizaburo Shoten ★★★★★ Quite fizzy right after opening the bottle. The balance of freshness and juiciness is so good that you can drink it all the time. Mild and easy to drink with almost no acidity. This is one of my favorite specs of Kangiku.

Where to buy:IMADEYA Main Store The taste is very clean and crisp, with a Hououmida-like flavor. The flavor is typical of Hououmida, but the taste is much cleaner. The aroma is weak and it tastes like a refreshing food sake. Not very impressive either...

Where to buy:IMADEYA GINZA ★★★☆☆☆☆ A slightly special taste among abe A wonderfully refreshing aftertaste with a gorgeous acidity and sweetness that leaves the nose but has a clean finish. The sweetness of the acidity is similar to that of Beaumichel, which I drank just before, but it seems to be summed up within the definition of sake.

Where to buy:Takahara Shoten The sweetness of the flavor is just amazing. It's just so sweet! Sourness like no other sake I've ever tasted and sweetness like a kijo sake. As time goes by after opening the bottle, the separation of sourness and sweetness decreases, but you can't deny the syrupy feeling until the end.

★★★☆☆☆☆ The taste is quite special compared to the other specs of Huayouyasumi. After feeling the fluffy pineapple taste, I immediately felt the bitterness and astringency, and the impression remains in my mouth until the end. The sweetness and umami are not clear, which is disappointing.
