The color is yellow but clear and clean. The smell of alcohol and the smell of the acid which touches the nose. It smells thick. It is unexpectedly easy to drink. It is easy to drink and delicious than the imagination though it feels a strong sourness and a slight sweetness. The bitterness remains on the tongue. It is a strange sake which is like an old-fashioned sake with a thud and comes in clearly. It is cheap, and I think it is a good sake. It is registered in Saga for some reason, but it is a sake brewery in Wajima, Noto.

We let it sleep in the refrigerator for half a year. This is a Tsuru no Sato raw sake that can only be bought in some parts of the world. Every year on my birthday, I try to drink the previous year's Tsuru no Sato. The color is slightly yellow. It is transparent and beautiful. The smell is sour and sweet, with some fruitiness, but the sourness is stronger. When you drink it, the fruitiness and sourness are in perfect balance. The bitterness is strong and it is easy to drink. The bitterness is not too strong, but it's not too strong. It's really good😋. The Kikuhime has a really strong taste of rice, but it's not sweet or dry, as it says on the label. It's really good. I would like to drink it after letting it sleep for a year.

What I thought when I drank it after drinking quite a bit↓ Sourness and yogurtiness like a traditional sake yeast. How can a normal Junmai taste like this? Is this the power of Yamaenishiki? In any case, it is delicious. The next day, I drank it first thing in the morning. It is sweet and leaves a strong feeling on the tongue. It was not as impressive as when I drank it last night. A problem with my physical condition? I want to check which one is true when I travel to Karuizawa again.

The color is naturally cloudy. It smells like a sake with a strong sourness. The sake has a fruity taste and smell like a melon. There is a strong smell of alcohol because the alcohol content is strong. The bitterness and the alcohol feeling are strong. It's a nigori sake, so it's natural that it doesn't break easily, but it stays on the tongue. I like sake with a melon taste, so I personally like it a lot. It would be perfect if it were more refreshing, but since it is nigorizake, it would be strange to ask for that🤔. In Ishikawa Prefecture, the whole prefecture releases nigorizake at the same time during this season, but either by chance or at the liquor store I visited, Takeha was the best seller (there were only a few bottles). I'm starting to like Takeha these days too😊.

The color is incredibly muddy. Is it because of the rough running🤔? The smell is pleasantly sweet and woody. It's a common smell in Shinsen's sake. When you drink it, the sweetness and gorgeous aroma of freshly harvested fruit spreads, and you can easily finish it. A strong bitter taste lingers in the mouth and makes the tongue tingle. It may be because of the high alcohol content of 18 degrees. Thanks to the alcohol and the strong bitterness, it's not sluggish, and you can drink it quickly and easily. A good sake. If it's about a quart bottle, one person can drink it in one day. The price isn't too expensive at 1400 yen, so it's a great sake.

This is a cheap Junmai Daiginjo at 1000 yen. The smell is fruity with a slight sweetness. The color is slightly yellow so it is beautifully clear. It comes in easily. It feels like water. The alcohol feeling is not so strong. Is it too wet? I can't taste it at all. I think I'd rather drink good water. I let it get to about room temperature and drank it again. The alcoholic taste stands out, but the aroma and flavor don't come out much. Hmmm, this is not my personal favorite. Furthermore, when I drank it after a few days, I could feel the sourness and it became tasty. The temperature was high for the past few days, so I guess the acidity took over. I think it became delicious because of the injury. I would like it to be sold so that I can feel this much acidity from the beginning.

I drank it at room temperature because it was too cold to drink right out of the fridge. The color is very yellow. It smells like an old brewery. The sourness of the nose and the smell of sake like sieved wood are in full swing. You can tell it's thick before you drink it. The alcohol smell and taste are amazing. The sourness and bitterness spread strongly to the tongue. The inside of the mouth is stimulated and a little numb. I think it is called spicy. The alcohol content is 15, but it seems to be about 20. The sourness is also very characteristic. Personally, I don't like alcoholic drinks with a strong sense of alcohol, but for some reason I wanted to drink it again, so I bought it. It's a strange sake. It is rare to find a sake like this on the Sea of Japan side. I also tried drinking it hot. When you smell it, it smells like alcohol and it hurts your eyes. When I drank it, the alcohol feeling faded and it became mild and easy to drink. The sourness and old-fashioned warehouse aroma spread pleasantly. I think hot heating is the right choice. It's not my favorite, but it's the kind of sake I hope will remain this way forever.

The smell is a fruity ginjo aroma. The aroma is sweet and pleasant. The fruity sweetness spreads in the mouth and remains underneath, but it is not unpleasant and can be cut moderately. It is delicious. It has a good bitterness. There are many sweet ones, but the one that is pleasantly sweet and can be cut is valuable. I was told that I bought this sake at a wedding just because of the name, but it is a wonderful sake. It has a sourness and fruitiness like a traditional sake. Not only is it sweet, but it is also firmly bitter, and I feel that the way it cuts through represents the idea of marriage. I think it is a good sake to give as a wedding present. The fact that the brewer is also a woman and started making sake when she got married makes it a good gift.

It's probably Wakatsuru's ordinary sake with only the label being the Tonami Tulip Fair. The color is clear, but a little cloudy? It's not beautiful. The smell has a strong sour taste. Quite refreshing. The taste is a little strange. There is a scent of wood. The bitter taste is strong. There is a lot of acidity and sake smell. It tastes like a sake rather than a refined sake. It is dry. It doesn't have any of the glamour of a tulip (laughs).

It was made in 2018 and had been stored in the fridge for about 2 years. Maybe that's partly why the color was a faint yellow. It smells like sweet sake. A fruity sweetness spreads. It cuts through, but leaves a slightly sticky feeling on the tongue. For the price, it's not very good in my opinion.

Slightly yellow. It smells like a flower. It also smells like a flower. The flowery scent and the gentle sweetness spread quickly in the mouth, and it is put in quickly. Interesting sweetness. It disappears on the tongue as if it evaporates. It has a bitter taste, a woody aroma, and a semedyne smell. It's just a rough run, so it's more rough than baptismal. It is quite good.

Dark yellow in color. Transparent. The smell is light ginjo scent and alcohol smell. It is not bad. It is quintessential neat. It disappears quickly. The sweetness and the sourness of the sake smell spread quickly in the mouth and flow to the back of the throat. The alcohol taste lingers on the tongue. If you drink it while eating rice, you may feel the alcohol strongly. If you drink it by itself, you will enjoy its pleasant taste and refreshing aftertaste that you would not expect from a daiginjo. It was given to me as a gift, so I don't know the price, but it was a good drink.

The color is pale yellow. Transparent. The smell is gorgeous like a flower. It comes in cleanly. The flowery aroma spreads to the mouth and is quickly cut off. It is pleasant. The bitterness remains underneath and the sourness is felt to a certain extent. You can feel the sweetness. It's a great sake, considering it's only 1000 yen. It is very good. If you drink it while eating rice, the alcoholic taste will stand out, but it is still delicious. It's a good sake after all. It is probably my favorite sake in the Tokigen line.

This is Okunoto, made by Kazuma Shuzo, a famous sake brewery in Takeha. I bought this unfiltered unpasteurized sake because I like the regular one. You can see the bubbles from the moment you pour it. The color is a transparent yellow. It smells like yogurt. I had high expectations. It's like drinking a refreshing yogurt. The sourness and moderate sweetness are pleasant. It's also carbonated, so it's very refreshing. It really is like drinking a yogurt fruit juice. It is 17 degrees, but you don't feel the alcohol. It is still delicious. It's fresher and has a stronger yogurt taste than the regular one, but the price is more than 400 yen different, so it might be less expensive. After a week in the bottle, the carbonation is gone, but it's still delicious. It's a good drink to take home as a souvenir.

This is an unusual sake with an English name from Azuma Shuzo, famous for Shinsen. It is made from firefly rice. The color is a transparent yellow. It smells like alcohol. It doesn't smell so much. It is flowery. The taste is sweet and sour. It is not clear. It tastes like Shaoxing wine without old smell. It's really sour, so it seems to choose people quite well. I don't like it unfortunately. It has a characteristic taste just like the label.

The color is yellow and muddy. It is only as it is. The smell is a sour smell like an apple. It is quite pleasant. The swoosh of carbonation spreads to the mouth. A light sweetness and a refreshing aroma spread in the mouth, and it breaks quickly. It has a fluffy cut. The bitterness lingers in the mouth quite a bit. The alcohol content is 19 degrees, but I don't feel the alcohol feeling that much, so I personally like it a lot. Because of the high alcohol content, the back of the throat becomes hot. This is my favorite Shiragiku at the moment. It's fruity and delicious. It's good.

I bought this sake on the recommendation of Sake no Yamaya. It is really freshly squeezed. The color is transparent. The smell is sweet and tart. The smell makes you think it is a sweet sake, but when you try it, it cuts through quite well. You can't imagine how refreshing it is from the smell. The bitter taste comes strongly. The sourness and sweetness are there, but it is impressive that it goes in quickly. There is a lot of alcohol feeling. Is it because it is freshly squeezed? It's not my favorite type, but it's a good sake.

The color is a little cloudy yellow. The smell is like the honey of a flower. When it is drunk, it is cut off firmly. As usual, there is a scent like the smell of wood or Cemedine. The aroma like the nectar of the flower spreads to the mouth more strongly than that. The sweetness is there, and the sourness and bitterness are firm. The bitterness remains on the tongue. It is easy to drink and delicious like Ginjo. It is quite good.

A rare sake with only 13% alcohol by volume. Because it is unfiltered, there is a slight cloudiness. But it is basically clear and clean. The smell is not that strong, but it has a gentle fruity aroma. When you drink it, it is light and comfortable like water. After drinking it, the gentle fruity sweetness and aroma spreads and then disappears smoothly. Thanks to the firm bitterness, it doesn't leave any aftertaste at all. There is a strange feeling as if it evaporates in the mouth. It is a perfect image that it really disappears smoothly. It's quite interesting. It's not my favorite because I prefer it to be thick with gusto, but it's a good drink. I wish it would come out of the tap instead of water.
