Nori
The color is incredibly muddy. Is it because of the rough running🤔?
The smell is pleasantly sweet and woody. It's a common smell in Shinsen's sake.
When you drink it, the sweetness and gorgeous aroma of freshly harvested fruit spreads, and you can easily finish it. A strong bitter taste lingers in the mouth and makes the tongue tingle. It may be because of the high alcohol content of 18 degrees.
Thanks to the alcohol and the strong bitterness, it's not sluggish, and you can drink it quickly and easily. A good sake. If it's about a quart bottle, one person can drink it in one day. The price isn't too expensive at 1400 yen, so it's a great sake.
