Nori
Dark yellow in color. Transparent. The smell is light ginjo scent and alcohol smell. It is not bad. It is quintessential neat. It disappears quickly. The sweetness and the sourness of the sake smell spread quickly in the mouth and flow to the back of the throat. The alcohol taste lingers on the tongue. If you drink it while eating rice, you may feel the alcohol strongly. If you drink it by itself, you will enjoy its pleasant taste and refreshing aftertaste that you would not expect from a daiginjo.
It was given to me as a gift, so I don't know the price, but it was a good drink.
