さかなや道場王子 麟The design for this sake was commissioned by Nicolas Bœuf, a French contemporary artist living in Japan, and is based on a folk tale from the Oga Peninsula in Akita Prefecture. It's a sparkling sake just like the X-mas-type from previous years! It's a very rare and sparkling type, so we'll only be selling it in bottles until the very end of its shelf life... I want to give it back to everyone, while suppressing my desire to buy it myself... The expiry date is in March, so we should have a sake redemption festival with half a bottle sold before it expires! さかなや道場王子 麟This is a snow flake from the nineteenth series by the Ozawa Sake Brewery in Nagano Prefecture. It has a quiet mouthfeel with a slightly sweet fruity taste. The origarari's characteristic slight firing sensation makes you drink more! I think I'll make it a regular... You can try it now!
