It's Hana-no-Ka's new soil, which they prepared in a wooden vat!
I put up the menu today and the lid was empty as fast as I could☺️.
My impression is that it's definitely sweeter than the normal clay!
The difference between a stainless steel and a wooden vat is what makes all the difference!
