Kamikawa Daisetsu Junmai Ginjo that I drank at New Chitose Airport
I drank a lot of Hokkaido sake during my trip to Hokkaido, but this one was the best.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a delicious taste of rice, and a crisp aftertaste. It seems to go well with meals.
KAMEIRAI SHUKOU's limited edition sake, HOKAME
This sake is quite rare and limited in where you can get it, but it's really delicious.
It's full of rice flavor, and has the freshness that only raw sake can provide.
I've bought it a few times, but only when I brought it back to Tokyo did it lose a bit of its flavor: ....
Usually, Gohyakumangoku is blended with Yamadanishiki, but this is 100% Yamadanishiki, making it a woman's favorite!
It smells like a melon and tastes like a Junmai Daiginjo with a clean and somewhat sweet aftertaste.
It's just that for this price, this taste is ....
I bought this brew in Hiroshima, and it needs refrigeration.
It is sweet, raw, and alcoholic, just like the specs!
The small bottle was perfect for drinking alone...
The taste of Japanese sake, Hikomago
When I drank Kamikame before at a restaurant, I remembered its delicious taste of rice and its affinity with Japanese food.
At a liquor store that has a relationship with Kamikame Shuzo, I came across both Kamikame and Hikotson and bought the Hikotson, which I had never had before, but I think I liked Kamikame better. ....
Delicious and sweet!
I had a preconceived notion that muddled sake is sweet, and this one doesn't disappoint, with a sweet taste and a slightly dry aftertaste.
It was hard to find, but I was able to buy it at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Nihonbashi.
Limited Edition
A gorgeous sweet sake typical of Hououmita.
The aftertaste is a little bitter, which is why it invites you to have a second or third glass.
