Kamikawa Daisetsu Junmai Ginjo that I drank at New Chitose Airport
I drank a lot of Hokkaido sake during my trip to Hokkaido, but this one was the best.
It has a gorgeous aroma, a delicious taste of rice, and a crisp aftertaste. It seems to go well with meals.
