After sightseeing in the Shirakawa Lake flooded forest in Iide Town, Yamagata, I went looking for sake from the Kamogawa Sake Brewery in Shirataka Town and found Kubozakura at a liquor store in Shirataka.
Kubozakura is a famous cherry tree that remains in a neighboring city.
According to the owner, his relative, a brewer in Yonezawa, has taken over the brewery.
I wish him good luck.
I had it at room temperature.
The other dish was horse sashimi, a specialty of Nishiokitama.
It was the best GW ever.
