Gorgeous and fruity. It is clear and transparent without being too sweet, and the label is spring-like, making it the perfect sake for the season. Anyway, I don't like too much sweetness, so I quite like this refreshingly fruity sake.
Kamo Nishiki Dewa Sanzan, which I have been interested in for a while. It's so rich! But personally, I think it might be too sweet. (Is it bad for those who buy Junmai Daiginjo? w) Please let me know if you have any recommendations.

It feels fresh with a feeling of gassing upon opening the bottle.
The sip is sweet and gorgeous. The sweetness is particularly pronounced.
Woody aroma like wine barrels is also felt.
It is too good. I want to drink Yamadanishiki too!
A Kyushu sake that I have not had very often.
Freshness like green apple.
Gorgeous, with a hint of acidity.
I like it a lot!
After 2.3 days, it becomes sweeter and more gorgeous.
Tastes like melon, juicy and bitter too!
But it has a clean aftertaste, so it's easy to drink.
It was sweeter than I expected, I personally prefer a bit more sharpness.
This is my first W series. This is also the first time I consciously drink Aizan.
Beautiful sake.
Sweetness and just the right amount of gorgeousness. I would like to try Omachi and Yamadanishiki from the same series.
This is a local Tokushima sake that I was curious about.
It is brewed with "LED dream yeast" from 100% Awaichiba Yamadanishiki produced in Tokushima.
Residents of the prefecture are comfortable with the name "LED," but the general public is probably wondering why LED? W.
Fruity and juicy, with a gorgeous aroma.
Tastes like white wine, a fashionable sake.
I was curious about this brewed forest.
It has a sweet and sour taste and a tender throat.
This may be the first time I have ever felt such a sweetness or juice-like taste.
Easy to drink, interesting sake.
The label is also stylish.
Personally, I would prefer it to be a little drier.
I heard that it is inherently rich and sour, but personally I found it to be dry.
Is it because I drank it after a company from the same series? It is interesting to see the difference even in the same Yamada-Nishiki.
This special junmai sake is made with Yamadanishiki from the Sha district of Hyogo Prefecture's Tokushu A district, which is one of the most important areas in the prefecture.
Compared to the Yoshikawa that followed, it has a softer, richer rice flavor.
I haven't had much sparkling in my life.
The bubbles are fine and silky, with a firm effervescence and a refreshing throat.
It also has a touch of sweetness.
Easy to drink.
