I drank the Orange Label, so I was curious to buy this one too.
When I opened the bottle, it had a fruity aroma that was typical of Hassen. There is a slight sourness, but it soon disappears and the sake like taste of rice and a little bitterness comes.
It has less sourness than normal Hassen because it has been over one summer. It seems to be more like sake than the orange label because of the rice polishing ratio.
Well, it was delicious!
