My favorite Ryugasawa. I was too happy to pay 1500 yen for a bottle of Junmai Daiginjo sake.
As soon as you open the bottle, you can smell the sweet aroma of muscat. When you put it in your mouth, it has a sweet taste like biting a muscat. There is no sourness. After that, there is a bitterness and astringency that is typical of sake, and a slight tingling sensation remains. The aftertaste is long. Overall, it is sweet, but not too sweet.
It has more of a sake character than the last time we drank it⁉️I think it's a good sake for before, during and after meals⁉️It goes well with foods that go well with white wine. It's the best sake for its cost performance.

Good evening, hacchan_8_8!
This label has a big impact.
I was confused when I saw it at Tobu Ikebukuro.
It's an all-around sake, isn't it?
I'm interested in this sake!
