I bought it because it was new sake. It is called "Origarami", so I poured it without shaking it first. The aroma is almost nonexistent. The color is almost colorless. After that, the bitterness and astringency that is typical of sake come, and it is quickly cut off. The second cup is poured after shaking. Then the sourness is weakened and a juicy sweetness like a ripe muscat spreads in the mouth. However, the bitterness and astringency that is typical of sake come in the second half. It was written that it aims to be the ultimate sake for food, and that is certainly true. It makes a strong statement, but it is modest and does not interfere with the food. It's fresh and juicy, but with a solid sake feel. The Hakurakusei the other day was delicious, but this one was just as good.
