It was in one of the sake comparison sets. I was excited because I have never had sake from Hokkaido. The sake had a pleasant taste without any acidity. It was labeled "for meat dishes," but I think it goes well with anything. In a good way, it has no particular characteristics that stand out, so I think it will be popular with everyone.

First, I bought the jackets. It was standing most beautifully in the sake corner. It looked like a wine that might have been misplaced. When I tried it, it was like a dessert wine made from rice. It makes you forget you are drinking sake. I took it back to my room at the ryokan and drank it in an ordinary glass, but I would love to drink it in a wine glass. The taste, aroma, and impact are as good as they look. It looks like it would be a good accompaniment when seducing a woman. I don't plan to do that, though.

It's a must-have for the lottery! So I drank it in order to win a billion dollars in the lottery. It was a joke, but the manager of the shop recommended it, so we had it with sakutome (steamed squid). It has a clean flavor, but with the distinctive taste of nigori. It has a light and refreshing taste, so it washes away the peculiar accompaniment like sakutome.
