First, I bought the jackets. It was standing most beautifully in the sake corner. It looked like a wine that might have been misplaced.
When I tried it, it was like a dessert wine made from rice. It makes you forget you are drinking sake. I took it back to my room at the ryokan and drank it in an ordinary glass, but I would love to drink it in a wine glass. The taste, aroma, and impact are as good as they look. It looks like it would be a good accompaniment when seducing a woman. I don't plan to do that, though.
