This is the first sake I have ever had.
The name "Shimofuri Romain" is intuitively easy to understand because of its light cloudy color.
It has a gentle, yet firm and elegant sweetness that is appropriate for a soft and gentle ginjo aroma, like that of white peaches.
Purchased at Sake-no-Osaka-ya, selected by my wife.
I would like to drink this sake again if I have a chance.
(I forgot to take a picture of pouring it into a glass 😅)
