Sake rice: Gin no Iroha The first sip is impressive: "Hmm? Sweet? Even in dry Miyagi, I thought Junmai Daiginjo would be sweet, but I was wrong. From the second sip, it is well balanced.

Sake rice: Gin no Yume I had a hiyayagoroshi in the fall, and this time I had a Shiki-no-zake version. It's good and sharp! I think I prefer the hiyayagoshi version!
