Second time drinking at home, first time sweet and great! The first time we drank it at home, it was sweet and great! I think it may be due to the storage conditions, but when I drank it today, I found it to be a slightly bitter sake with a sour taste.
I think it is common for the taste of sake to change even though it is the exact same sake.
Why is this?
