はじめちゃんJunmai Ginjo, fire-hardened. The aroma is of lychee. The mouthfeel is superbly sweet and spicy, with a rich trompe l'oeil flavor and a slight effervescence that fills the mouth with all the goodness. It also has a good finish. The flavor increases in multiples as time passes after opening the bottle.
