In June, I went to Niigata to visit relatives in the countryside. My uncle gave me this sake as a gift. I think it is the cheapest regular sake among all the sake brands, but how good it is! I had it at room temperature. Tomorrow I'll drink it heated. I'll drink it heated. Even though it's summer 😂. I'd be happy if I could drink this every night!

The only sake brewery in Iwatsuki Ward, Saitama Prefecture. There used to be several breweries, But now there seems to be only this one. To begin with, I had no idea there was a sake brewery in Iwatsuki. Easy to drink, clean taste with no peculiarities.

Mutsu Hachisen Doburoku When I opened it, it was fresh doburoku, When I opened it, it overflowed! I opened and closed it repeatedly and finally got it. I finally got around to eating it. It was easy to drink like a juice, but you could feel the rice flavor. Later, I checked the website and found that it takes about 12 minutes to open the bottle. Next year, I will drink it without spilling.

I went back home for the first time in a while to buy sake from a local brewery. But it was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I gave up and found a one-cup bottle at a roadside station! I really wanted to buy Junmai, but But I had no choice. It tastes like a samurai 😂.

This is Hiroshima's Omachi. It is colored, isn't it? Unlike Yamagata Masamune's Omachi, which we drank together, it was not fruity, but rather dry with a strong sake-like taste. Maybe the difference is that it is an aged junmai. I think it is a sake that you will never get tired of!
