This is a sake from Yokota Sake Brewery in Gyoda City, Saitama Prefecture, which we stopped by on our way home from my wife's hobby of making haniwa (clay figurines).
Since it is a pure sake, the alcohol content is a little high, so it tastes great on the rocks.
It is good to drink it on the rocks.
Well, it was already cool, so I just drank it cold.
It tasted light and was not heavy even though it was high in alcohol, so it was easy to enjoy.
The three of us drank it all together with barley tea.
It was delicious 🤗.

We visited the Suzuki Sake Brewery, which is the only remaining brewery in Saitama Prefecture.
Iwatsuki used to have Iwatsuki Castle, and this area seems to be a castle town.
There is no castle ruins, but there is a bell of time.
Suzuki Sake Brewery also seems to be a historical sake brewery.
I have been drinking only junmai sake recently,
It has been a while since I had a ginjo-shu.
It's nice and dry with a hint of melon!
It was the right choice 😊.

The wife on a trip to Kochi visited a sake brewery and bought this Hiyoroshi!
She bought this hiyaoroshi sake on her trip to Kochi!
Because it's raw sake, it was carefully shipped by cool delivery service!
It's dry and refreshing with a touch of sweetness.
It goes well with various dishes, not to mention

I visited and purchased on a trip to Fukuoka.
Very beautiful sales office and they have weddings and seasonal events.
We received 6 coins for free for tasting,

They use F44 yeast and Fukuoka's sake rice,
Yume Ichikyo and Yamadanishiki, Fukuoka's sake rice.
It is a mellow, dry sake, and since it is summer, I had it cold, but I think it would also be good warmed.

Purchased as a souvenir when I went to Fukuoka to watch a Hawks game.
I don't often drink Fukuoka sake.
For now, I wanted a sake made from Fukuoka sake rice, so I bought this one.
The rice is called "Yume-Ichikyo" and they do the squeezing by hand instead of using a machine. Luxurious!
First of all, I recommend drinking it cold to get the fullness of the rice and the dryness with a touch of acidity.
I wanted to drink it lukewarm.
The rest was served warm. The fullness of the rice spread more.
It was good.

I think it is the cheapest regular sake among all the sake brands, but how good it is!

Mutsu Hachisen Doburoku
When I opened it, it was fresh doburoku,
When I opened it, it overflowed!
I opened and closed it repeatedly and finally got it.
I finally got around to eating it.
It was easy to drink like a juice, but you could feel the rice flavor.
Later, I checked the website and found that it takes about 12 minutes to open the bottle.

This is Hiroshima's Omachi.
It is colored, isn't it?
Unlike Yamagata Masamune's Omachi, which we drank together, it was not fruity, but rather dry with a strong sake-like taste.
Maybe the difference is that it is an aged junmai.
