Mutsu Hachisen Doburoku When I opened it, it was fresh doburoku, When I opened it, it overflowed! I opened and closed it repeatedly and finally got it. I finally got around to eating it. It was easy to drink like a juice, but you could feel the rice flavor. Later, I checked the website and found that it takes about 12 minutes to open the bottle. Next year, I will drink it without spilling.

I went back home for the first time in a while to buy sake from a local brewery. But it was closed on Saturdays and Sundays. I gave up and found a one-cup bottle at a roadside station! I really wanted to buy Junmai, but But I had no choice. It tastes like a samurai 😂.

This is Hiroshima's Omachi. It is colored, isn't it? Unlike Yamagata Masamune's Omachi, which we drank together, it was not fruity, but rather dry with a strong sake-like taste. Maybe the difference is that it is an aged junmai. I think it is a sake that you will never get tired of!

Again, purchased at a nearby supermarket. Cheaper sake than others, dry. Maybe heated would be better, but now is the season to drink it cold 😅.

Purchased at a local supermarket. The shape of the bottle you don't see very often. Delicious, everyday sake 🍶.
