We visited the Suzuki Sake Brewery, which is the only remaining brewery in Saitama Prefecture. Iwatsuki used to have Iwatsuki Castle, and this area seems to be a castle town. There is no castle ruins, but there is a bell of time. Suzuki Sake Brewery also seems to be a historical sake brewery. I have been drinking only junmai sake recently, It has been a while since I had a ginjo-shu. It's nice and dry with a hint of melon! It was the right choice 😊. P.S. It was cold, so I heated it up and it was even better!
