Sake that I saved to drink at New Year's.
My wife bought it for me on a trip to Kochi with a friend.
It was flown in with me in my backpack 😂.
We are grateful to have it.
Junmai sake plump, but
dry and not heavy as only Kochi can make it.
Delicious cold or warmed.
Great for the start of the year.
