Fruity aroma with a hint of sweetness.
It is said to be very dry, but when drunk lukewarm, it has just the right amount of sweetness.
My favorite sake

Not much aroma as it is chilled
Rich and sweet
High alcohol content, so be careful not to drink too much 😆.

100% Miyamanishiki
Alcohol content 15%.
Refreshing, but with a strong umami flavor.
Sweetness at first, then a little acidity.
This is the first Miyamanishiki sake I have tasted.
The sake lees is also delicious, like cream cheese!

Umami, later acidity
Moderate sweetness
Rich in flavor, but does not interfere with food
Great with Goseki-ryori (New Year's Eve) dishes

Fruity
Sweet with a slight sour aftertaste
A little too sweet, not recommended for eating 💦.
It may be better to enjoy this sake alone.

Sourness in the aftertaste
This sake was given to me by a Shinto priest on a visit to a shrine in Imabari Castle. It is a popular sake with few characteristics.
It is quite different from daiginjo and junmai sake.
