100% Miyamanishiki
Alcohol content 15%.
Refreshing, but with a strong umami flavor.
Sweetness at first, then a little acidity.
This is the first Miyamanishiki sake I have tasted.
The sake lees is also delicious, like cream cheese!

This sake was given to me by a Shinto priest on a visit to a shrine in Imabari Castle. It is a popular sake with few characteristics.
It is quite different from daiginjo and junmai sake.
