Traditional Japanese kettle steamed rice making
Made with natural water from Okutamba
Fruity aroma
Good taste, moderate sweetness, moderate acidity.
Not too heavy for a pure sake, easy to drink.
However, it is 17 degrees Celsius, so do not drink it 😆.

Mellow, fruity aroma.
Sourness afterwards
Delicious!
I drank a Blue Label of this brewery before, but it was a bit drier and also very good!
Unique aroma, more medicinal than sake
Sweet and a little sour
Recommended to be served cold
I wanted to try a sake made with old red rice.
Not for my taste

Fruity, rich in flavor, but very sweet.
The sweetness does not change even when lukewarm.
Not my favorite taste.

When the bottle was first opened, gas was released from the inside.
Since it is chilled, it is hard to smell the aroma, but it is fruity!
The gas seems to dance on the tongue!
The taste is rich, but very refreshing without feeling the high alcohol content.
The acidity is also low.
This is an easy to drink, delicious and scary sake 😁.
I would like to enjoy the changes in taste over the next few days: ‼️
Second day
Sourness in the aroma
Weak but still dancing gas when you make it dance on the tongue
Taste is thick and sour, but then sweetness is felt.
I still enjoyed the different taste from the first day.
For me, I prefer it right after opening.
This is a sake to be drunk too much.

Not much aroma, but a strong taste with a hint of sourness.
Not much sweetness when lukewarm.
There is sweetness when cooled.

The label says it is medium-hot, but I think it is sweet.
The taste is rich and delicious.

I like Shiga sake a lot.
