I had bought this before. It is refreshingly sweet and crisp with acidity and light bitterness. It is delicious. Koei Kiku. It is full-bodied with a high alcohol content of 17 degrees Celsius, so the taste comes back afterwards, but it has a nice mouthfeel.

My first rice and agave, craft sake. First, sweet muscat flavor and slight effervescence! It's dobrok, but it's not harsh, it's hoppy, bitter and refreshing. It's a bittersweet and refreshing, like hops, and it goes well with a meal. Oh no, it's delicious! I'm going to buy it again.

It's been a while since I've had sake. Oh no, it's delicious. It lands me memories of summer. It's all fall now, though. It was delicious last year, but this year, it's something really, really good. Sweet and refreshing, with a hint of bitterness. There's even a hint of millet in the glass. I didn't drink it for about two weeks, but I kind of loved it.

It was recommended to me at the restaurant. First time drinking. Mild and fruity. It has a lactic acidity as is typical of Yamahai. The final taste is a pleasantly savory bitterness, like it has been burnt to a crisp. Delicious. I think it would go well with chocolate and nuts. But then I thought, "Geez...". The calm sake is also good in the autumn season. The dragonfly sticker on the package is also cute.
