"Only two hares can catch two hares." I love this famous catchphrase. This time I had the sparkling. It took me about 5 minutes to drink it, but it tasted like rice and sweet sake, yet it was refreshing and I felt like I was drinking sake. It was a good day, and I finished it off with a nice sake. Trip to Osaka, Kyoto and Nara. I had sake purchased in Nara with an inoguchi (sake cup) purchased in Kyoto. The sake was refreshing and easy to drink with a hint of sweetness. It was a treat!
