I bought this to taste Omachi rice. Perhaps I expected too much, but the depth is surprisingly low. Outline From the Shinshin brand, "Shinshin Junmai Jiko Jijyo". Jikou Jijou" means "to cultivate and brew by oneself". It is made from Omachi rice, which is grown jointly by the farmer and the brewer. It has a gentle aroma and a slight foaming sensation that you can feel from the moment you put it in your mouth. The juicy flavor spreads along with the gaseous sensation and has a crisp aftertaste.

Outline Junmai Daiginjo brewed with all handmade koji and "Raiden-sama no Kiyomizu" which is spring water from melting snow of Hakkaisan. 45% polished Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, and Miyamanishiki are combined to make Junmai, which is typical of Hakkaisan, crisp and refreshing. The company released Kubota Yukimine in 2017, named after Asahi Shuzo's popular brand Kubota, followed by Soujo Kubota Yukimine in spring 2019. Deep sweetness and sharpness. Very tasty. Outline Established in 1865, Asahiho Shuzo is located in Kabe, Asakita-ku. This sake is brewed by the 7th generation brewer, Yohei Hamamura. Using Hiroshima Ginjo yeast, it is a kyojo series with gorgeous aroma. It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of strawberries and a fresh sweet taste. The sharp acidity and crisp taste of Asahiho in the aftertaste is impressive.

Fruity and delicious! I would drink it again. Summary This Daiginjo is made by Sumikawa Shuzo Brewery located in Hagi City, Yamaguchi Prefecture, and is made from Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40%. At the SAKE COMPETITION 2014 held in 2014, this sake won first place in the FreeStyle Under 5000 category from among 111 entries. It has a fruity, gentle and elegant taste. You can feel the clear flavor that you will never get tired of drinking.
