I bought this to taste Omachi rice.
Perhaps I expected too much, but the depth is surprisingly low.

From the Shinshin brand, "Shinshin Junmai Jiko Jijyo". Jikou Jijou" means "to cultivate and brew by oneself". It is made from Omachi rice, which is grown jointly by the farmer and the brewer. It has a gentle aroma and a slight foaming sensation that you can feel from the moment you put it in your mouth. The juicy flavor spreads along with the gaseous sensation and has a crisp aftertaste.
