Junmai Daiginjo brewed with all handmade koji and "Raiden-sama no Kiyomizu" which is spring water from melting snow of Hakkaisan. 45% polished Yamadanishiki and Gohyakumangoku, and Miyamanishiki are combined to make Junmai, which is typical of Hakkaisan, crisp and refreshing. It has a clear, clean taste with an elegant sweetness that complements the food.
