Established in 1865, Asahiho Shuzo is located in Kabe, Asakita-ku. This sake is brewed by the 7th generation brewer, Yohei Hamamura. Using Hiroshima Ginjo yeast, it is a kyojo series with gorgeous aroma.
It has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of strawberries and a fresh sweet taste.
The sharp acidity and crisp taste of Asahiho in the aftertaste is impressive.
