Outline
Good fortune sake purified to pray for good health and good luck.
February 3rd is the day of Risshun.
It is very happy day to welcome spring with a new feeling like New Year's day, the next day after getting rid of evil spirits by bean throwing on Setsubun. To celebrate this day, we make a limited edition of Risshun Asashibori, an auspicious sake made from unpasteurized sake pressed early in the morning on Risshun Day to pray for good health, good luck, and to ward off bad luck.
