I bought it on a trip to Izu Kogen and had it in my room before dinner.
It was very gassy and difficult to open, and the local liquor store owner told me I was very brave, but I managed to open it without overflowing. It has a gaseous and doburoku taste that is hard to find.
It was Setsubun. The supermarkets and fishmongers were crowded with people looking for ehomaki rolls and the bars were closed in Manbo. But sake is the best with maki rolls!
It was opened at Tokyu in Tamaplaza, so I bought it. I couldn't even taste it because I was in a car, but I bought it believing only in the story, and it's quite delicious.
At the brewery, we were given raw sake, and the sake we took home was heated, but it had a slight carbonation to it and was delicious.
It's a happy day when you can drink good sake.
Kanagawa Prefecture Chigasaki City Kumazawa Shuzo Sake Mirai
At the creative Japanese restaurant located in the brewery, we were able to enjoy unpasteurized sake and limited edition sake that is not available in the market. The food is also delicious.
They also have a trattoria and a bakery, so you can't go wrong with a repeat visit.
A well-balanced gem.
It is best drunk on its own, rather than with a meal, and you can't help but gulp it down.
I've been a repeat customer at my hometown. Looking forward to two more bottles.
This is one that caught my eye at Queen's Isetan.
I didn't know who Raifuku Shuzo was, and the label on the back was printed on a printer and cut with scissors. It didn't even say what brand of rice it was made from, and I bought it with some trepidation.
However, when I tried it, it was a well-balanced gem with good flavor and richness! Perfectly to my liking.
It made me feel like a blessing had come to me!
