At the brewery, we were given raw sake, and the sake we took home was heated, but it had a slight carbonation to it and was delicious.
It's a happy day when you can drink good sake.
Kanagawa Prefecture Chigasaki City Kumazawa Shuzo Sake Mirai
At the creative Japanese restaurant located in the brewery, we were able to enjoy unpasteurized sake and limited edition sake that is not available in the market. The food is also delicious.
They also have a trattoria and a bakery, so you can't go wrong with a repeat visit.
A well-balanced gem.
It is best drunk on its own, rather than with a meal, and you can't help but gulp it down.
I've been a repeat customer at my hometown. Looking forward to two more bottles.
This is one that caught my eye at Queen's Isetan.
I didn't know who Raifuku Shuzo was, and the label on the back was printed on a printer and cut with scissors. It didn't even say what brand of rice it was made from, and I bought it with some trepidation.
However, when I tried it, it was a well-balanced gem with good flavor and richness! Perfectly to my liking.
It made me feel like a blessing had come to me!
