I bought this at the Tsurunoe Sake Brewery. It was a nice sake, with a bitterness that is typical of sake, but moderately pleasant and not boring to drink.
I've had the standard Junmaishu before, but this is the first time I've had its unfiltered raw.
It was a sake with a dry impression, but with a good balance of acidity. However, I personally didn't like the feeling of acidity right after opening the bottle.
However, on the second day after opening the bottle, I was surprised to find that this feeling had calmed down. So my recommendation would be to wait a little while after opening the bottle.
I finally drank Sharaku's Origami no Ichi, which I bought and neglected for two months.
The aroma was so banana that I couldn't believe it. It is relatively rich in origarami, but it is not sticky and the mouthfeel is refreshing. It's not too sweet, and it's easy to drink, so it goes in easily.

I bought this one after comparing it with Watashu Rokugo. The aroma is mild, and you can feel the slight sweetness of the rice, while it is crisp. The sharpness keeps it from being sticky, so you won't get tired of drinking it. It is my favorite sake.
Although it is called "undiluted sake", you don't feel the alcohol. It's been a long time since I've had an Omachi rice sake, but it's different from the image I've had so far, with a dry impression. In addition, it had a strong impression of acidity, so it was an unexpected combination.
As the concept suggests, it is a perfect sake for eating. It has a fluffy aroma like a Ginjo, but it disappears quickly. It is also relatively dry and refreshing, but not too refreshing, which is just right. It is a great supporting role that goes well with a variety of dishes.
I finally got to drink the snowball I've been wondering about.
Because it's an active nigori, it has a strong sense of gas like carbonation. The mellow and refreshing taste of the nigorizake and the fact that it doesn't have any aftertaste is wonderful, so be careful not to drink too much. It doesn't have a good sense of the sake's character, so I would recommend it to beginners.
The aroma was mild, but there was something that passed easily through my nose.
Personally, I felt that the acidity was standing out. (Could it be because it's been a long time since I bought it?)
The aftertaste doesn't leave a dull aftertaste, it's refreshing.
It would be good to drink it with something else, such as a meal, rather than on its own.
This is an interesting sake with 99% rice polishing ratio.
Despite the super low milling ratio, I didn't detect any haziness.
The aroma was mild and slightly sweet in the mouth.
I'm impressed with the level of technology.
There was a draft version, but I chose this one after tasting it.
The aroma was mild and tasty, and it was very crisp.
I think it is suitable for a mid-meal drink.
It was a wonderful sake that retained a sense of alcohol, but without any of the miscellaneous flavors.
Even though it was a daiginjo, the flavor remained without being dry, and the slightest hint of miscellaneous flavors were utilized.
I hope we meet again.........
