I finally got to drink the snowball I've been wondering about.
Because it's an active nigori, it has a strong sense of gas like carbonation. The mellow and refreshing taste of the nigorizake and the fact that it doesn't have any aftertaste is wonderful, so be careful not to drink too much. It doesn't have a good sense of the sake's character, so I would recommend it to beginners.
