I've had the standard Junmaishu before, but this is the first time I've had its unfiltered raw.
It was a sake with a dry impression, but with a good balance of acidity. However, I personally didn't like the feeling of acidity right after opening the bottle.
However, on the second day after opening the bottle, I was surprised to find that this feeling had calmed down. So my recommendation would be to wait a little while after opening the bottle.
