It has a sourness to it, though I am not sure if this is due to the acidifier. It is not sour, but the sourness prevails. It has sweetness, but the mouthfeel is dry.
It has a slightly bitter aftertaste. It is a solid sake that satisfies the palate.
The design will be changed in the near future.
This is the 499th one-cup, one-pack festival.
At Tantanmen Nao in Iriso
I found the Sakuragawa Sake Brewery in Yamagata Prefecture on the Internet, but I couldn't find it here, so I'm writing about it here. →I found out that Nozawa Sake Brewery changed their name in 2021.
Easy to drink and delicious!
It went well with grilled mackerel.
Purchased at an antenna store in Yamagata.
Mellow, mild and easy to drink.
It was easy to match with any meal.
As an aside, my child took the pull tab, so I opened it with a can opener...
Purchased at Naito Sake Shop in Gotanda.
The brewer is Sakuragawa Shuzo Co.
It smells slightly sour and alcoholic.
The taste is also aromatic and acidic, and the good aroma leaves your nose as you drink it.
The aftertaste is rather long, and the sweetness of the rice is well expressed.
It is a good sake.
Still no registration? Sake brewery?
I just picked it up at a roadside station because it has a great local flavor ( ^ω^ ).
It was easy to drink so I finished it right away (^_^;)
I will buy it again.
