I drank it for the second time and thought it was quite good this time, even though I wasn't very impressed with it last time. Overall, it is sweet, not carbonated, and has a pretty good aftertaste. It may not go well with light-flavored foods, and may mask the taste of the ingredients themselves. I had it with Korean spicy tteokbokki.
It has a wonderful flavor and is the best sake I have had in the last two months. It has a slight pear flavor on the palate, which quickly becomes more complex, but leaves you with only one thought in your head: "I want another drink". This is also a great sake to drink straight, and compared to Hozasu's sake of the same subsection, I prefer this one more!
Even though it is a summer sake, it has a certain overall flavor and is not particularly light. It becomes sweeter and mellower when left to sit for a while before drinking.
Why this one!
After a hint of sweetness at the entrance, a strong koji aroma and a slightly tangy alcohol taste spread.
I tried various ways of eating it, but gave up because it did not suit my palate.
