This was the highest quality sake I have bought recently. First of all, I would like to thank the owner for providing us with quality sake. When I saw the "Shizuku Shibori" I understood that the production process is similar to Fukuro-hozuri. The mouthfeel is indeed smooth, and although the alcohol content is one degree higher than the previous one, it does not feel irritating. It is a very tasty sake, but the sake rice seems to be a special grade of Yamada-Nishiki, not a special rice like Yoshikawa or Tojo. Considering the price, I will probably buy Nabeshima's other cosier series in the future (lol).
