It is somewhere between light dry and mellow sweet. I felt it was sweeter and more robust than I imagined before drinking it. The aroma is rather mild, and the taste is crisp and delicious. This time, I went to a local liquor store that was participating in a cashless 20% back campaign. I was looking for Kangiku nigori, but they were out of it (even though there was still some Denshogiku left...), so I chose Kaiun, which I got the other day and liked very much. I was lucky because I didn't expect to find it at this store.

Akita's supermarkets had a good selection of sake, which was indeed typical of the sake prefecture. This Kitashika seems to be a sake brewery located in Odate City, where I was staying, and Kita-Akita is also a brand that is really common in supermarkets in Tokyo. The sake we chose this time was very light and dry, and did not interfere with the rice. It was also good to drink after a relatively sweet sake.

During my trip to Akita, I stayed relatively far north and visited Aomori Prefecture. I visited several supermarkets, but they did not have the same selection as in Akita, so I chose this sake because it was well stocked. It is very light and dry, with a slightly bitter taste.

I found this in the refrigerator of a supermarket in Akita. It was a rather gorgeous, slightly sweet wine, somewhere in the middle of "light, mellow, dry and sweet".

Purchased at a very famous supermarket Itoku in Akita. Snow Kayasha is a very famous brand that is easily available in Tokyo, but as one would expect, the regular sake is not to be found there. It is about the middle of a four-part chart of light, mellow, dry, and sweet, and it is delicious with some parts that are typical of alsodé and some parts that are sweet.

This is also a souvenir. The image is quite similar to the Junmai sake we bought together. It has a bit of aroma and a little clearer impression.

Located near Niigata Station, this brewery is a great place for sightseeing, as it is open for tours. I was able to take a tour of the brewery myself, and it was a very meaningful time for me to see a part of the sake making process. After the tour, I was shown the products in the store and bought this sake, which is only sold directly at the store. I drank it at room temperature and got the impression that it was very light and dry with a soft taste, and that it would be best served with a meal.

Whenever I travel, I always go to the supermarket to look for local sake for everyday drinking. However, it is not always easy to find the right one, but this time I found a lot of this sake on the shelves. But this time, I found a lot of this sake on the shelf, so I decided to buy it. It is fresh and quite rich or robust. It has a fresh aroma when opened, but it has a strong impression of alcohol, and the sweet, bitter, and acidic flavors are very moderate. After about two days, the sake has matured, and it tastes like junmai sake in many ways. It was the first time for me to drink this sake, so it was a very fresh encounter.

We went to Asahi Shuzo, famous for Kubota, for sightseeing. This Asahiyama brand is not often sold outside Niigata Prefecture. It is a fresh, light and dry sake. I couldn't help but drink too much of it.

Ummm, ummm. It is light and dry, yet fresh and sweet. It has a fruity aroma and is a crisp sake. It's perfect for people like myself who drink sake while eating rice. I bought this one at the Shizuoka Station kiosk as a souvenir from my trip to Shizuoka, but after checking, it seems that this spec is only available in 300 ml bottles. I found a nice sake.

>Mr. Chobin I am ashamed to admit that I had never had any sake from Shizuoka Prefecture before this trip, but now I am suddenly interested in it. I would definitely like to drink Kaiun again.

I went on a trip to Niigata, and on the first day I bought this sake because of its austere design. I bought it on the first day of my trip to Niigata, attracted by the austere design. I assumed from the design that it would be a light, dry sake typical of Niigata, but in fact it was different from that image, being relatively sweet, with a subtle sweet aroma rather than an aged taste.

I made a short trip to Shizuoka and bought souvenir #1! At the Shizuoka Station kiosk, several 300cc bottles were sold in a refrigerator, and I bought one of them. I think it is easy to drink with a classic dry taste. I don't heat sake very often, but this sake tastes best lukewarm.

I enjoyed the "ORIGARAMI" so I tried this one as well. I think this one is more clean and beautiful. The gasiness is the same, but I think the Origarami is juicier. I also felt that the sourness and bitterness were a little more pronounced in this one. Both are very tasty, so if you like Kangiku, I think you will not be disappointed.

Sawanoi is a brand that is readily available in the neighborhood. It is a very simple, classic, light and dry sake, and this kind of ordinary sake may be loved by the locals.

This is a dangerous sake. It has a relatively strong aroma, a sweet and juicy taste with a sense of gas, and is quite drinkable, yet it is not too heavy and can be drunk with gusto. It is also delicious when freshly opened, with a strong gaseous sensation and a moderate sweetness. I have not had many Kangiku sake, but I like this one the best.

It is dry, but the fruity aroma is quite pleasant, and the flavor is rich. It has a sake degree of +10 and an acidity of 1.2, so I guess it is light and dry, but I felt it was more mellow. It was delicious, and I would like to purchase a sweeter version when I have the chance.

I have not had Kangiku for a long time. It is a type of sake with sweet flavor and bitterness in the second half. It has a nice sharpness, so be careful not to drink too much. We enjoyed it very much.

Souvenir No. 4 of the trip: I bought this at a store in the tourist center. I think it is similar to junmai-shu, but this one is quite light and light. I like this sake because it is light and goes well with rice.

It was recommended to me by a liquor store on a short trip to Nagano. It has a gorgeous aroma and a clean mouthfeel, followed by the bitterness and flavor typical of junmai sake. When exposed to air, it seems to develop a sweetness. It was my personal first experience to taste the lack of sweetness in the first sip, which then expands in the second half of the ultra-clear sipping experience. There are many sake breweries in Nagano, and all of them have delicious sake, and I would like to try many of them when I have a chance.
