It also said to pair it with sushi, as the name suggests, so I decided to open it with sushi today ✨
The aroma is quite subdued, with a gentle, soft, young 🍈 feel, and a nice aroma of rice? I feel like I can smell it!
The mouthfeel is soft and clear, with a beautiful citrusy acidity and a nice umami that gently spreads from the back 😆.
It is delicious by itself, but I think it tastes even better with sushi...!
The beautiful acidity refreshes the raw taste as if it were spiked with sudachi, and the fish itself does not interfere with the taste but only clarifies the umami? Something like that? It's like that 😆 lol
