I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to drink a variety of Kinjaku this year, and while they've all been delicious, I think I personally particularly like this Akigari 😳✨.
It has a deep, fresh, sweet aroma like ripe, honeyed apples, a smooth, yet slightly sweet mouthfeel, and the delicious sweetness of the rice that expands beautifully, but with a crisp finish that doesn't leave a bad taste 😆 lol
This is a sake that you will want to enjoy slowly and carefully on a long autumn night!
