Today we attended the Masumi drinking party: ❣️ Mr. Hara and Mr. Maruyama from Miyasaka Brewery visited us and gave us a detailed talk about their company and sake Masumi. We toasted with Masumi's finest sake, Yumedono 🥂. The largest sake brewery in Nagano prefecture, the second largest in Japan in terms of the number of breweries, produces a bottle of their best 🍶 Too good ‼️

18th kind of business trip to Niigata 👀 Taiyomori ❣️ There are two breweries in Murakami city, Miyao Shuzo famous for its Shimeharizuru and Taiyo Shuzo for its Taiyozakari. Both are good sake, but I like Taiyomori now. ❤️

A small town with 6 sake breweries and the ocean right in front of it, a city of jade ❣️ Yummy 😋 yummy 😋 yummy 😋 yummy 😋 yummy I remember the people who took care of me.

The 10th kind 👀 on my business trip to Niigata! I heard that this sake was developed by female-only members of Yahiko Sake Brewery and Kuriyama Rice Crackers, which is well-known for "Bakake" (Bakake), and they were involved from rice cultivation. The name is written "Some" and reads "Somari". It is a light and dry sake, but with a rounded taste 🍶.
