This is the third Amabie. Red is a blend of seven kinds of sake rice. Miyamanishiki, Yamadanishiki, Dewa Sanda, etc. are used. It has a matured umami and acidity, and a powerful flavor. It is also recommended for heating. It's not the fruity sake of today, but more like a traditional sake. 1100yen
