I was curious to try this sake because it was made with "white malted rice" 🍶.
It was slightly carbonated and had a fruity sweetness that was crisp and refreshing, yet had a strong presence.
It was like white wine, but mellower and tastier than white wine 🍶´-.

I felt like the flavor changed again after I opened the seal, kind of like for the fresh green season, firm but refreshing 🌱.
