The aroma of flowers spreads on the palate with an elegant sweetness. The lingering aroma lingers on the palate. It is a little different direction from Wakamusume, but it is also delicious. The price is high, so we enjoy it in 300ml.

100% Asahi rice, 50% polishing ratio. Serve cold. Immediately after opening the bottle, it has a restrained green apple ginjo aroma and a juicy mouthfeel with strong acidity. The acidity lingers on the palate. However, it becomes calm after a day. Umami begins to appear on the palate and becomes stronger as the day goes on. The aftertaste also becomes mellow. Personally, I prefer it if you let it sit for a while after opening the bottle.

Originally, 100% Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture's Special A District was used, but due to difficulties in obtaining it, some other Yamada Nishiki was used, and so it is said to have been served separately. From the dry mouth, the ginjo aroma and the umami of the rice spread at once, and slowly fade away. It is a pleasure to enjoy this sake at this price.
