Sake rice is unknown, Polishing ratio 55% (40% and 55% are used together in about the same amount, average polishing ratio is about 48%) Serve cold or chilled. Immediately after opening the package, it is quite hard. After letting it sit for a day, the bulkiness was removed. You can feel the deliciousness of the rice in the refreshing taste.

Yamada Nishiki, 40% polished rice. Serve cold. It starts off fruity, but after that you can really taste the flavor of the rice, and the finish is refreshing. I should have stocked up on a few more bottles if it was going to be this popular!

Improved Omachi, 70% polishing ratio. Serve cold. It has a thick mouthfeel with acidity. The umami of the rice spreads. It has a fruity aftertaste with depth. After opening the package and letting it sit for a few days, it became softer. This is a great sake that I would buy again if I ever find it. Due to condensation, the label came off while I was taking it home. Too bad.
